Opening the door of the property, you reach the ground floor where there is one bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room. The living room has access to a beautiful terrace with a swimming pool, garden furniture and a barbecue. The dining table on the pool terrace is the perfect choice for evening wine drinking with a good barbecue. Designer stairs from the living room lead to the bedrooms and the sauna, which overlooks the sea.
In the basement of the villa there is a fully equipped gym, with top-quality equipment, as well as a gaming room with PS5.
